The property is located 4 km from the sea of Santa Maria di Leuca and 10 km from a free and equipped beach, both easily reachable by car. A parking space is available within the property. One small pet is allowed. Smoking and organizing events or parties are not permitted. The property offers homemade products. In case of excessive consumption or improper use of air conditioning, additional costs may apply. There is a storage area for motorbikes and bicycles.
