Our one-bedroom maisonette apartment (50 m²) on the ground floor, featuring a large panoramic window and a balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea, offers a spacious living-dining room, a comfortable sofa bed (1.20 x 2.00), a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper open loft, which features a large upholstered bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a large wardrobe, a recamier, and a second flat-screen TV.

The shower room, featuring a rain showerhead, welcomes you with its chic white design.

All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters, allowing you to sleep soundly in the dark. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the building.

The apartment includes an outdoor parking space.
