Ein sehr schöner Ferienpark… die Terrassen sind sehr Überholungsbedürfrig! Die Gartenanlagen allgemein. Alles voller Äste , und Tannenzapfen… Man konnte garnicht richtig draußen spielen. Die Häuser im inneren sind super schön. Das Badezimmer, naja von den Ameisen mal abgesehen auch etwas Renovierungsbedürftig. Die Badewanne fiel halb auseinander….

Gesamteindruck des Ferienparks und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist gut.
Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind motiviert und hilfsbereit.
Leider ist das Haus Wildgans 218 in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
Bei Anreise fanden wir das Haus in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand vor. Vor der Haustüre sehr viele Ameisen. Ebenso das Badezimmer voller Ameisen. Die Fensterbänke innen voller toter Insekten. Auf dem Boden waren Käfer.
Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht richtig. Der Backofen schaltet nach kurzer Betriebsdauer aus.
Weiterhin gibt es kleinere Mängel. Ein Stuhl auf der Terrasse ist defekt. Die Insektenschutznetze an den Fenstern sind zerrissen. Es fehlt ein Haartrockner (Fön) und versch. Küchenutensilien.
Die mangelhafte Sauberkeit wurde kurz nach der Anreise an der Rezeption schriftlich reklamiert. Leider keine Reaktion und keine Abhilfe.
Wir mussten zunächst den Fußboden und die Fensterbänke reinigen und ein Mittel gegen die Ameisen kaufen.
Wir können das Haus 218 nicht weiter empfehlen und werden dieses auch nicht mehr buchen. Dieses sollte dringend grundgereinigt und renoviert werden.
Preis-Leistung nicht zufriedenstellend.
