This property was perfect for my family. We came in to visit my nephew who attends TSU and enjoy his first homecoming. The property was extremely close to campus and provided everything we needed. Only suggestion is we wished there was a tv in all the bedrooms. We all like to fall asleep with a tv but it was definitely not a deal breaker. We had an issue with the thermostat being temperature controlled at a lower temp than we are accustomed to considering there was a cold snap that came in. We communicated with the host and they replied fast even at 11pm and had someone over to help. The property is beautiful. The kitchen seemed to be stocked well with dishes and appliances. Although, we only used a few cups and silverware. The beds were firm like we like and comfortable. And although we complained about being cold at first, once we went to bed and got under the covers we completely forgot about it being cooler. That was the best comforter I’ve been under in a while. Super cozy with a little weight to it.We were all talking about how good we slept. The checkout process was really smooth and easy. We appreciated that there were no crazy list of do’s to do before leaving the property. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.
