Villa 'Sa Torre Dorada' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The 17th century Finca SA TORRE once served as one of the many watchtowers that protected the bay of Pollensa and Alcudia from unwanted pirate visits.



The finca is located on the outskirts of Alcudia and only 300 meters from the sea and the beautiful beach “Playa Morer Vermell”.



The highlight is without a doubt the huge private 10 m x 10 m swimming pool (salt water 1.60 m deep) with the adjoining sun terrace and the wonderfully landscaped garden where you can simply feel good. The property is completely fenced and entry is through an automatically operated gate.



With around 180m2 of living space spread over three floors and the separate guest house, we find a total of 5 bedrooms with air conditioning (3x each with two single beds / 1x double bed / 1x single bed), there are also a total of 4 bathrooms (3x EnSuite / 1x shower tray / 3x shower). There is an additional guest toilet on the covered terrace by the pool.



The living room on the second floor has satellite TV and WiFi internet. The kitchen is on the lower floor and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. The terrace directly in front of the house is super practical with a long bar, the grill with sink is integrated here and there is a dining area with parasols.



The guest house, just a few meters away, houses one of the bedrooms with two single beds, a shower bathroom and a small living room with TV and air conditioning and a breakfast bar.



The location of the finca simply couldn't be more ideal, you can walk to the beautiful beach of “Playa Morer Vermell” and for a nice stroll through town you can be in Alcudia with its picturesque alleys, bars and good restaurants in just a few minutes.



There is an extra cost for heating oil in winter.

The electricity consumption included is for moderate use, beyond this, the additional fee will be charged on departure.
