Villa Mis Raíces welcomes you to Castilblanco de los Arroyos, set in the exclusive La Colina residential area—one of the most sought-after locations in Sierra Norte de Sevilla for its peace, security, and natural surroundings. This 100 m² villa accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One single bed is a rollaway. A cot is available for an extra fee. The living room features a fireplace, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a workspace, smart TV, 2 air conditioners, 2 ceiling fans, washing machine, and dryer. The property covers 1,400 m².



Outside, you’ll find a private garden, covered and open terraces, a private barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The private pool is surrounded by palm trees and exotic plants, with seating and shaded areas. Ball games are not allowed in the pool area. Pets are not allowed in the pool.



On-site shared parking for 4 cars, plus street parking. Shared space for bikes and motorbikes. Up to 2 medium-sized pets are accepted for an extra fee; please clean up after them. Smoking indoors and parties or events are not permitted. Beach towels are included. Sports facilities are a 3-minute walk within the community. Check-in from 11:00, check-out by 12:00.

Las habitaciones impecables, la piscina refrescante y una limpieza inmejorable hacen de esta villa el lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar. Además, don Manuel Romero, el anfitrión, está siempre pendiente de cada detalle para garantizar que tu estancia sea de lo más confortable. Villa Magnifique

Pros: Villa exceptionnel !!! situé dans une résidence fermée très bien entretenu et calme, le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiquement bien entretenu et grand, nous avons adoré l'espace extérieur surtout les enfants, l'extérieur et l'intérieur de la maison dispose de tout le nécessaire, Climatisation, TV connecté, table a manger, barbecue etc. Manuel et son père Manolo était très attentionné et réactif à la moindre question tout au long de notre séjour.

La ubicación ideal, hemos llegado genial. Muy bien señalizado.

Pros: Lo mejor era lo cuidado que estaba todo, las plantas, los servicios. Barbacoa estupenda, mobiliario, sombra, porches para estancia nocturna, silencio en los alrededores. Ideal para el descanso y desconexión. Nos ha gustado todo, como nota para posibles personas con movilidad reducida: aunque no indica que es accesible, nosotros íbamos con una persona en andador y ha sido accesible aunque hemos echado en falta barra o asideros para water. Las puertas son anchas excepto la del baño que es algo más estrecha. La piscina tiene escaleras construidas por lo que bajar a la piscina sentados ha sido viable. Cons: Estaba todo perfecto.

In één woord geweldig

Pros: Wat hebben wij genoten van deze villa! Alles was brandschoon en heel prettig ingericht. We voelden ons direct welkom, want er was aan alles gedacht. Dat voelde heel gastvrij. Met vragen konden we altijd terecht bij Manuel, de vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar van de villa. De villa en de tuin hebben onze verwachtingen overtroffen. De tuin is groot, met een prachtig en schoon zwembad, een mooi grasveld, fijne ligbedden en een buitenbarbecue waar we meerdere keren gebruik van hebben gemaakt. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om te kunnen koken. De kinderen waren blij met de smart tv, wat ons af en toe ook even rust gaf, en wij waren blij met de nieuwe wasmachine die perfect werkte. De was drogen ging makkelijk aan de waslijn buiten. De locatie voelde veilig en lag in een mooie, rustige buurt en op een fijne afstand van Sevilla. Perfect voor wie de stad wil ontdekken, maar ook wil genieten van rust en ruimte. Echt een aanrader!

Pros: Villa súper limpia, acogedora y sin faltar ningún detalle. Los anfitriones encantadores y atentos en todo. Buen ambiente, muy moderno y tal como se enseña en las fotos y descripciones. Admiten mascotas. Volveremos a repetir. Encantados con ello.

Casa perfecta para desconectar

Pros: La casa está en una urbanización privada muy tranquila. La piscina es ideal, de buen tamaño y rodeada de mucho jardín y porches. El aire acondicionado se agradece en los momentos de más calor y la casa es cómoda al estar todo en planta baja. El wifi va muy bien. Cons: Por ponerle una pequeña pega, la carretera pasa por detrás del jardín, aunque no tiene demasiado tráfico, pero desde que amanece se oye el ruido de los coches.

Pros: La zonas exteriores de la piscina. Los jardines, los porches... Todo estaba muy limpio cuidado y precioso. Totalmente fiel a las fotos o incluso mejor.
