Guten Tag Herr und Frau Hasenberg, vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Handhabung und die tolle Ferienwohnung. Wir waren durchweg zufrieden. Telefonisch habe ich Sie seit unserer Rückkehr leider noch nicht erreicht. Uns ist ein Dekorationsglas mit Teelicht auf der Fensterbank in Richtung Seeseite beim Fensteröffnen zu Bruch gegangen. Dabei haben wir auch festgestellt, dass das Plissee des rechten Fensters etwas eingerissen ist. Vermutlich wurde das Einreißen beim Öffnen des Fensters von uns verursacht, wir sind uns dessen aber nicht sicher, da die Plisseeleiste bereits verschoben war. Darf ich Sie bitten dies zu prüfen.
