The Herrenhof is a historic thatched-roof estate dating back to 1722. The complex is situated on a well-maintained, park-like 12,000-square-meter property on the outskirts of Wrixum, surrounded by other thatched-roof estates and located directly on the marsh. Wyk, with all its attractions—including the harbour, a promenade lined with many small shops, and the sandy beach—is just a quick 5-minute bike ride away. In Wrixum, there is a bakery, two restaurants, and a bike rental shop.

The approximately 85 m² holiday apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people and offers plenty of space in a pleasant atmosphere spread over 2 floors. The bright, tastefully and lovingly furnished apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with a 140 x 200 bed), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is an additional guest bathroom on the ground floor. In the cosy living room, you’ll find a spacious seating area with satellite TV (FULL HD) and a large dining table.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Among other things, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a closet. The spacious living room has direct access to the terrace. For outdoor relaxation, you have access to the sun terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair.
In addition, the new owners have added a washing machine and a clothes dryer to the apartment.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben :-) Die Lage in Wrixum ist sehr schön. Sehr ruhig und man kommt überall schnell hin. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern hier und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Leider roch es im Flur/Küche bei unserer Ankunft etwas "muffig" und unten im WC sehr streng nach Urin. Häufiges Lüften hat keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Schade, dass in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit bestand. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!
