Welcome to the 2-room holiday rental, No. 625!

This holiday rental with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor and accommodates 4 people. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of Neustadt Bay. The kitchen opens onto the living and dining area and is equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher. The dining area is right next to the kitchen counter, so you won’t have to walk far to set the table. The living area, which features a sofa and TV, also includes a fold-out bed that sleeps 2 people (180 cm x 200 cm). The separate, interior bedroom has two single beds that cannot be pushed together. The bathroom with shower is also located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are no roads to cross. Parking space included.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance.

The netting on the balcony is intended to prevent birds from nesting and is permanently installed.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
