This 27m2 studio is ideally located, close to all amenities in 3 minutes on foot (restaurants, Provençal market, bar, bakery, grocery store, laundromat, pharmacy, shops)
The studio is composed as follows:
- A cabin area with bunk beds (80x190) with cupboard
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet
- A fully equipped kitchenette with table and 4 chairs and washing machine.

- A terrace equipped with table and chairs facing south and electric barbecue.
