Private: small garden (fenced), public parking on the road. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 200 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 2 km, railway station "Cagliari" 55 km, ferry "Cagliari" 55 km. Marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km.
