Haus Wenden apartment 8: quiet 3-room apartment close to the beach

This very spacious and well-equipped 3-room apartment (approx. 100 m²), located near the beach on the 2nd floor (no lift), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the hallway and living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-look design; the two bedrooms have wood-look laminate flooring; and the kitchen area and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment can accommodate a total of 6 people. For small children, we’re also happy to provide a travel cot (without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request.

From the spacious entryway—equipped with a coat rack, mirror, closet, bench, and shoe cabinet—you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The spacious living/dining room is furnished with a separate seating area featuring a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, coffee table, and 2 armchairs; a separate dining table with 6 chairs; and a modern wall unit.

The apartment features a large covered balcony (approx. 15 m²)—facing east (morning sun!) and partially south—which you can access from both bedrooms. Here you can relax and enjoy the balmy summer nights with a good bottle of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV (cable TV) and a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen area, adjacent to the dining area, includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, and microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and an armchair. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the spacious covered balcony.

The additional, separate second bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a closet. This room also offers direct access to the spacious covered balcony.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth or sixth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The modern and spacious bathroom (with a window / natural light) features a large, low-entry glass shower, 2 sinks, a bathroom shelf, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel radiator, and ample storage space. In addition, the apartment has an extra guest bathroom.

You can conveniently store your suitcases and other luggage in the apartment’s additional storage room.

To protect your valuables, you can use the built-in safe located in the apartment.

To wash your holiday clothes, there is a shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the building—these are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored safely and dry in a separate bike shed in the courtyard. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balconies for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the adjacent restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large shower towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as a starter kit for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 4 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per person per night applies for the 5th and 6th guests.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.

The “Haus Wenden” property features a total of 9 holiday apartments, which are particularly well-suited for families interested in spending a holiday together while staying in separate apartments within the same building. Holiday apartments No. 1–No. 3 (on the ground floor), No. 4–No. 6 (on the 1st floor), and No. 7–No. 9 (on the second floor) are all located on the same floor and share a common, self-contained landing in the stairwell, which makes it possible to rent an entire floor with three holiday apartments.
