Cubanze 43 WE 13: modern 1-room apartment with furnished terrace

This cosy and modernly furnished one-room apartment (approx. 38 m²) is located on the ground floor. The apartment offers a high level of comfort and is fully equipped. The floors are covered with high-quality laminate, and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 2 people.

The modern and cosy living area features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a spacious shelving unit that serves as a room divider between the living and sleeping areas; a sideboard; and a dining table with chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 5 m² terrace (facing northeast) with comfortable seating—here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a radio with a CD player, and a selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The open and fully equipped kitchen features a built-in kitchen unit with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), a nightstand, bedside lamps, and a spacious closet. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the apartment features blackout curtains and pleated blinds.

The modern and inviting bathroom features a real-glass shower with a low (senior-friendly!) entry, a toilet, a sink, a shelf, a towel radiator, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet (with a mirror) in the apartment’s separate entryway.

To wash your holiday clothes, a shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the apartment complex. In addition, there is an ironing board and an iron in the apartment.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 13) in the underground garage (max. entry height 2 m) of the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex if you’re interested. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

For guests with mobility impairments or who use wheelchairs, there is a 93-cm-wide, flat entrance ramp in the building’s entryway next to the stairs leading to the front door.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
