Neue Reihe 118 WE 2: friendly and cozy 3-room apartment with south-facing balcony

This welcoming and cosy 3-room apartment (approx. 50 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the living/dining and kitchen areas is wood-look laminate; the hallway and the first bedroom have vinyl design flooring; the second bedroom has carpet; and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway with a coat rack, mirror, and sideboard, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday apartment.

The bright, airy, and spacious living/dining room features a comfortable couch with a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sideboards, and a display cabinet. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 20 m² balcony (facing east and south) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, 2 wardrobes, and 2 chairs.

The separate and additional 2nd bedroom (children’s room) features two separate single beds (sofa beds), a small table with a chair, and various shelves.

The bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a mirror cabinet, a towel warmer, and a toilet.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with a sideboard and mirror) in the apartment’s hallway.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday rental (approx. 150 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment directly in front of the building; your bicycles can be stored on the property of your holiday home. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
