House Fortuna WE 2 "Lee": a cozy and very spacious 3-room apartment

The friendly and very spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 73 m²) on the 1st floor has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The floors of the living rooms and bedrooms are renovated wooden plank floors, the bathroom / toilet has an easy-care PVC floor covering.

The apartment offers sleeping accommodation for a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel bed (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway with wardrobe you can easily reach all rooms of your holiday apartment.

The comfortably furnished living room has 2 comfortable leather couches, a leather stool, a coffee table, a sideboard, a chest of drawers and a large bookshelf.

For your entertainment, a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player as well as a selection of books are available in the apartment. As an additional service (without guarantee), Internet use via WLAN is available free of charge - in the event of possible disruptions, no liability is assumed in accordance with our terms and conditions.

The separate and spacious kitchen with dining area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a separate dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

The friendly and cosy 1st bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with bedside lamps, a spacious wardrobe and a small seating area consisting of 2 wicker armchairs with a small table. The blackout curtains on both windows ensure a high level of sleeping comfort.

The separate 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 separate comfortable single beds (90 cm x 200 cm - these can be easily pushed together if necessary), bedside tables with bedside lamps, a spacious wardrobe and a small seating area consisting of 2 wicker armchairs with a small table. Here, too, the existing blackout curtains on the windows ensure a high level of sleeping comfort.

The modern bathroom (with daylight / window), equipped with colourful, maritime decorative tiles, has a shower with low entry, washbasin, toilet, bidet, bathroom cabinet, stool, hair dryer and plenty of storage space.

You can store your holiday wardrobe in the cloakroom in the spacious hallway of the apartment.

For to wash your holiday wardrobe, a laundromat is available near your holiday apartment (approx. 300 m) if required.

You can park your car free of charge in the car parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the house, your bicycles can be stored dry and safely in a bicycle shed in the courtyard of the house - here you can also charge the batteries of your e-bikes if necessary. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity of your holiday apartment if you are interested. On request, the bicycles will also be delivered directly to your holiday accommodation.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring pets in this apartment!

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the outdoor area of your apartment for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

In the nearby restaurant "La Perla" with a large outdoor terrace, you have the opportunity to have a delicious breakfast from 08.00 – 15.00 or to indulge in tasty dishes, selected wines or special cocktail specialities in the evening.

A linen package (complete bed linen – the beds are already made, a large shower towel, two towels, a shower mat and a tea towel) can be booked for a fee as initial equipment.

The apartment price refers to the use of 4 people.

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum overnight stays / complete booking) are only possible after telephone consultation with our staff.
