Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und der Weg zum Strand bzw. Promenade ist gut machbar. Eine Fahrradvermietung direkt in der Nähe ist vorhanden.Die Einrichtung im Bereich der Küche sollte dringend erneuert werden. Es ist eine wilde Ansammlung von verschiedenen Geschirrsorten und Farben. Wie von einem Flohmarkt zusammen gesammelt.Ein Austausch durch ein z.B neues Geschirr von Ikea sollte finanziell machbar sein und würde den ersten Eindruck dieser Wohnung deutlich verbessern. Dazu gehört auch ein neues einheitliches Besteck.

Kurzer Weg zur Promenade, super Riesenrad, allen Einkaufs- und Shopping-Möglichkeiten sowie Sportaktivitäten im nahen Stadtwald bzw. auf der Promenade; hier allerdings empfohlen vor 11.00 Uhr wg. der dann starken Frequentierung. Zahlreiche gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Freundlicher Empfang sowohl seitens der Appartementvermittlung Sonnenberg als auch vom Eigentümer wenige Meter weiter selbst wohnhaft vor Ort.
Ruhige Lage. Super großes Bett mit jahrespassendem Bettzeug. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus zur Straße.
