Haus Eichsfeldia WE 1: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach (2 min.)

This modern, very tastefully and high-quality furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) on the ground floor, located near the beach, was completely renovated in 2024. It offers a high level of functionality and is fully furnished. All rooms feature high-quality designer vinyl flooring.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, shoe cabinet, and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The exclusively furnished and very cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner leather couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, as well as a sideboard and various shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² sunny and partially covered terrace (facing south) with patio furniture and a charcoal grill —here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features 3 modern flat-screen TVs, an internet radio, and several board games. In addition, the apartment offers free, high-quality Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The modern open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious, modern, yet very cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a large wardrobe, and an additional TV.

The bright and inviting second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (1.60 m wide), nightstands, and a spacious chest of drawers. There is also another TV in this room.

The bright and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a modern shower, sink, and toilet, a bathroom cabinet, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with shoe cabinet and mirror) in the apartment’s spacious hallway. In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

If needed, a laundromat is available just a short walk from your holiday apartment (5-minute walk) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks in several courtyard areas of the residential complex. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace or outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “Feels” (Anglersteig 2), which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or treat yourself to flavourful dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations in the evening. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people. For occupancy by more than 2 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per person per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
