This modern and very tastefully furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 58 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the two bedrooms is laminate wood; the entryway, living/kitchen area, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The modern and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a couch, coffee table, and 2 armchairs, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and various cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 7 m² sunny terrace (facing east and south) with patio furniture—here you can sit back and relax amidst the greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good bottle of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features two modern flat-screen TVs (in the living room and bedroom), and free Wi-Fi is also available.

The open kitchen area, adjacent to the dining area, features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The light-filled first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and features an additional TV.

The separate second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds and a closet.

The cheerfully decorated bathroom features a spacious shower and toilet, as well as plenty of storage space.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday rental (approx. 100 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the house; your bicycles can be stored in a separate shed behind the house. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
