Sonnenresidenz H2WE4: bright 2-room apartment close to the beach with a large terrace

This beachfront, welcoming, and bright 2-room apartment (approx. 57 m²) on the ground floor offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living room and entryway is laminate wood; the bedroom has carpet; and the kitchen/dining area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, closet, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The spacious and bright living room features a separate seating area with 2 comfortable (pull-out) sofas, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall unit. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 16 m² sunny and partially covered terrace (facing south and west) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The open-concept kitchen and dining area, featuring a separate dining table and 4 chairs, includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with a bedside lamp, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a chair.

The two pull-out sofas in the living room (each 1.20 m wide) provide an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person.

The inviting bathroom features a shower, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, toilet, heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack (with a closet and mirror) as well as on a shoe rack in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

To wash your holiday clothes, a shared washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a fee (coin-operated).

You can park your car for free in an underground parking space assigned to your apartment. Please note: this is a double-stacked parking system with a maximum height limit of 1.50 m! If this underground parking space is too low for your car, there are alternatively 3 additional outdoor parking spaces available for the residential complex.

You can store your bicycles in the building’s basement. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as a starter kit for an additional fee.

The rental price is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, please note that there is a surcharge of 10.00 € per night for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per night.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / consecutive nights) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
