Cozy apartment with mountain views and proximity to the lift in the Zillertal Ar

This holiday apartment exudes modern coziness and is ideally located directly at the Duxeralm, making it perfect not only, but especially for alpine skiers.

The facilities are convincing, and together with the cozy balcony for sunbathing, it offers an attractive accommodation for families and friends even outside the ski season.
The beautiful balcony facing southwest is not only suitable for a small coffee or tea break between descents but also invites you to relax with an impressive panoramic view of the Hohe Tauern mountain range in the morning. Skiers can end their descent almost at their own front door under normal snow conditions.

If you don't want to bring your own ski gear to this beautiful winter sports area, you will find the ski rental Intersport Patterer nearby. And for guests who have never been on skis or haven't been on them for a long time, we recommend the Wintersportschule Hochkrimml.

Note: Bed linen and towels are not included in the price for this apartment. Upon request, you can rent the laundry from us.

Great vacation!

Very nice apartment, lift is very close and in 3 min walking distance.Restaurant and supermarket are also directly at the lift station, so everything is there!And we had fresh snow, everything was great, thank you!
