DG im Jahrhundertwendemietshaus, d.h. 3 Etagen über knarrende Holztreppen mit Gepäck nach oben – nichts für Gehbehinderte. Mussten erstmal drauf kommen, dass der Zugangscode nicht für die Safes am Haus, sondern für die elektr. Zugangssicherung darüber und ebenso für die Wohnung gilt. Die Unterkunft hat ihren Charme: Alte Dielen, Kassettentüren und verbundene Zimmer. In der Mitte die kleine Küche, Tageslichtduschbad und -WC voneinander getrennt. Letzteres hat auch eine Tür zum Treppenhaus (!). Hat man früher so für die Etage genutzt – also immer schön abschließen. An der Ausstattung gibt es wenig zu kritisieren: Neuwertige Betten, Matratzen, reichlich Decken, Schränke, Spiegel, sogar Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Dafür müsste aber a weng mehr Geschirr her, sonst läuft das Gerät fast leer. WLAN und Fernseher funktionieren, letzterer neigt aber zu Bildstörungen, was m.E. an der Verkabelung im Haus liegen dürfte. Manche Handwerkerarbeiten waren nicht so fachgerecht, einige Fließen z.B. durch ungeeigneten Untergrund gebrochen. Wer schon mal in einer WG gelebt hat, wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Die tolle Altstadtlage und der unfassbare nächtliche Ausblick auf die Burg entschädigen für die o.g. Macken. Wir hatten zu unserer Zeit nette Nachbarn. Da geschätzt 4 Wohnungen im Haus kurzzeitig vermietet werden, gibt es dafür natürlich keine Garantie. Das Haus macht einen gepflegten Eindruck und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Kleiner Tipp: Der Parkplatz am nahe gelegenen Schießgraben ist kostenlos!
