Ideally located, between Vannes (City of Art and History) and Auray (charming little town). Just 7 kilometers away, you can enjoy the pleasures of the sea for swimming, lounging and water sports. On the edge of the Gulf, follow the GR34 and admire the panoramic sea views. Just 10 minutes away, you can take a cruise on the Gulf or discover the islands (Ile aux Moines, Ile d'Arz). To reach the rest of the département, the expressway is just a few minutes away.



This vacation rental offers:

- First floor: a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, living room and sitting room opening onto the terrace. Also on this level: a bedroom with 1 bed 140x200 (thickness 35cm) with private shower room, and a separate toilet.

- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 90x200, 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 160x200), bathroom and separate wc.

- Outside, in enclosed grounds of 500 m²: a 21 m² south-facing terrace, a 12 m² south/west-facing terrace with awning, a garden and a courtyard. Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, 3 clotheslines. At your disposal: 3 private parking spaces in front of the gîte, two closed garages (one for parking a car, the other for storing your equipment). Available for 4 and 7 people.
