Located on the Levant beach in La Grande Motte, on the first floor without a lift, this charming 22 m² studio offers a breathtaking view of the sea from its private terrace, ideal for enjoying a coffee at sunrise. The interior space includes a cosy lounge area with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, a functional kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub, completed by a separate toilet for more comfort.



In the heart of this seaside resort renowned for its unique architecture and its vast sandy beaches, the location is perfect for enjoying the shops, restaurants and water activities nearby. Between walks by the sea, water sports and excursions to the Camargue, your stay promises relaxation and discoveries. For more comfort, the residence has direct access to the beach.

The sandy beach is just a stone's throw from the residence, so you can go there at will and enjoy all the pleasures of the Mediterranean Sea. Lounging on the warm sand will be a real treat, while some will want to take advantage of the opportunity to practise various water sports (at an additional cost) such as sailing, windsurfing, dinghy sailing, water skiing, catamaran sailing, rowing, parasailing or scuba diving.

The property is right on the beach and the location of the residence means that everything can be done on foot.

La Grande Motte is a seaside resort in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, situated between the Mediterranean and the Etang du Ponant, offering a multitude of activities. In the vicinity of the residence, for an extra charge, you can go mountain biking, archery, board sports, golf or mini golf. For a great cultural experience, you can visit the Lattara museum, which teaches us about ancient Mediterranean civilisations. You can also visit the Haribo sweets museum or the Pont de Gau ornithological park.

Smoking is not permitted inside the flat.
