Vacation apartment (40sqm) on the first floor

This cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. With a living area of approximately 40 square metres, it’s ideal for two people and offers plenty of comfort and amenities to ensure a relaxing holiday. The apartment is fully equipped! A small hallway leads directly into the kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, stove, oven in a tall cabinet, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a wide range of kitchenware—everything you need is provided. The living room features a seating area with two chairs, a small two-seater sofa, and a satellite TV. The highlight of the apartment is the bedroom, which features a double bed with cosy bedding, two single mattresses, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack. The new bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rack to help you start your day off right. Table linens, bed linens, and towels are included in the price, as is the final cleaning. We’ve put together an information folder for you with suggestions for activities in and around Waldsassen, the Upper Palatinate Forest, the Fichtel Mountains, and the Steinwald. Curious? We’d love to welcome you here! Payment is due on-site in cash or via advance bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.
