Welcome to our stunning Baltic Sea gem! Here, you can look forward to an unforgettable stay in a spacious, luxurious home—completely renovated in 2023—far away from the stress of everyday life. With a total of 6 rooms and a living area of approximately 200 m², our house offers plenty of space for up to 8 people (a maximum of 6 people over Christmas/New Year’s Eve, or by arrangement; a surcharge applies starting with the 3rd person, and for the 5th person; a surcharge applies starting with the 7th person) to enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

The 4 stylishly furnished bedrooms offer a cosy atmosphere and a restful night’s sleep. In the spacious living room, you’ll find an impressively large TV, perfect for film nights together or relaxing hours. But that’s not all—there are also 5 additional TVs in the upper rooms, so everyone has the freedom to watch their favourite shows.

To ensure complete relaxation, we offer a sauna and a relaxation room where you can leave the stress of everyday life behind. In addition, the outdoor area features a wellness area with four loungers, a refreshing outdoor shower for daily use—with both hot and cold water, of course (alternative bath 2)—and a hot tub (frost protection: please do not fill from November through May). Please note that this hot tub does not have a massage or heating function; it is intended solely for swimming. A one-time filling of the whirlpool per stay is already included in the price.

Our holiday home features a large garden maintained by a robotic lawn mower, so you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The outdoor area is equipped with a table for 6 people, a parasol, a beach chair, and a gas grill, so you can enjoy relaxed meals outdoors. A ping-pong table (without accessories) and a swing (for children only) are also available.

For your convenience, we provide an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, so you can easily do your laundry. A storage room for bicycles is also available if you’d like to explore the surrounding area.

For families with young children, we provide stair gates to ensure your little ones’ safety. On cooler evenings, you can relax in front of the fireplace in the living room and enjoy a cosy atmosphere.

And the best is saved for last: The beach is just 300 m away, so you’ll always have the sea breeze and fine sand close by.
