Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen in einer Ferien-/Wochenendhaussiedlung mit Blick auf den Dreetzsee, gute Ausstattung, gepflegter Garten mit Baumbestand, Liegewiese und großzügiger Terrasse.Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin (Heike), die für uns telefonisch und per Nachricht erreichbar war. Das malerische Dorf Carwitz mit dem Fallada-Museum inmitten von 4 Seen und die Gegend Feldberger Seenlandschaft sind ein Traum! Beste Möglichkeiten für Wandern, Radfahren, Paddeln und Baden, die Badestelle am schmalen Luzin ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Und auch mal NICHTSTUN! Dafür sind Haus und Grundstück mit dem großzügigen Panoramablick perfekt geeignet. Gastronomie ist etwas spärlich, es gibt ein Restaurant, welches ganztägig und auch abends geöffnet ist (im Winter nur am Wochenende), ein weiteres nur bis 19:00h und im Sommer ein tolles Café mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und wunderschönem Garten (im Herbst nur am Wochenende geöffnet). Wir waren zu Zweit Anfang Oktober in Carwitz, da hatte sich das Baden erledigt. Wir sind viel gewandert und den einzigen Regentag haben wir mit Lesen und einer Kulturveranstaltung verbracht (diese sind im Herbst erwartungsgemäß rar gesät). Wir sind Wiederholungstäter, waren früher meist im Sommer da, anfangs noch mit unserem Sohn, seit Langem nur zu Zweit bzw. mit einem anderen Paar, (in einer anderen Unterkunft bzw. auf dem Campingplatz) und kommen auf gern wieder in dieses schöne Haus!

Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! Sauberkeit, Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und Ausstattung waren top. (Inzwischen gibt es auch ein kleines Sofa im Wohnraum, das hebt die Aufenthaltsqualität nochmal an, danke ;o) ) Die Umgebung kennen wir bereits gut, und es war ein Genuss, wieder dort zu sein. Der Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen Häuschen hat es nochmal besser gemacht. Besonders die Ruhe hat uns wohlgetan. Abschließend nochmal ein "Danke" für den (kurzfristig angefragten) Late-CheckOut!

Das Häuschen am See ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick aus den großen Fenstern zum See ist einfach toll.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben nichts vermisst. Wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen!

Entspannung im Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten super Wetter und konnten viel Paddeln, Radfahren und uns entspannen. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Leider hat das Haus kein Sofa im Wohnzimmer, das fehlte uns.

Sehr ruhige Lage,der Blick Richtung Osten traumhaft. Ausstattung und Einrichtung gut. Sauberkeit sehr bedenklich, man hatte den Eindruck die letzte Endreinigung ist ausgefallen.Bildschirm voll Fliegendreck, Marmelade auf der Tichplatte, Panoramerfenster total verschmiert usw. usw.Wir haben uns erst mal Reinigungsmittel besorgt und "Alles" sauber gemacht.Ich denke die Berechnung unserer Endreinigug sollte erstattet werden.Übrigens das Toilettenpapier reichte auch nur für die halbe Zeit!! Die Restarbeiten von einer Ausschachtung neben der Eingangstür und zu den Mülltonnen sollten unbedingt noch nachgebessert werden!!!

Vermieterin sehr nett Leider hat das Schloss zur Unterkunft und zum Schuppen geklemmt Schlafzimmer sehr klein Für den Wohnbereich hätten wir uns über ein Sofa/ Couch gefreut. Was uns sehr gefällt, großer Außenbereich und die tolle Aussicht! Natur pur :)

Bewertung Unterkunft/ Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist schön und auch die Lage, wenn man die Ruhe mag. Eine kleine Ausnahme ist das Schlafzimmer, die Matratzen sind bequem, nur für sehr große Menschen oder Personen die etwas fülliger sind, ist das Zimmer sehr klein. Das Bett steht an der Wand, ein aus oder Einstieg ist nur für eine Person über die Seite möglich, wer an der Wand liegt kann nur nach vorne aussteigen, hier sind es knapp 20cm, sehr eng. Sonst war es ein toller Urlaub.
