Located 3 km from the beaches and Paimpol town center, just 200 m from a 600-hectare forest, this beautiful 130 m² detached stone house offers comfort and space for a relaxing stay near the coast.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. A free private parking space is available for your car.
The property features a bright 70 m² open-plan area with a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer), a comfortable living room with HD flat-screen TV and streaming access, and a veranda overlooking a landscaped, enclosed 600 m² garden and a terrace with countryside views.
There are three bedrooms: on the ground floor, one with a 180 cm bed (two identical beds) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, WC); upstairs, two bedrooms—one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds that can be joined—plus a WC.
Babysitting and shuttle service from the station are available for an extra fee. Beach towels can be provided for an extra fee.
Pets: one dog allowed for an extra fee (no cats).
