Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Detailed "Before you leave" instructions will be on refrigerator
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If there is any damage caused by guests, additional fees will apply.
Moved furniture not returned to original placement: $100.00 per piece moved. Excessive required cleaning is considered a double clean: $700
No parties, events, filming of any kind, or unregistered visitors. Maximum 10 registered guests. Quiet hours are 9 PM–8 AM, including outdoor areas.
