The apartment measures approximately 55 m2, is located on the first floor, and consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, shower/toilet, and a small loggia. Enjoy the best days of the year in a family-friendly setting! Comfortable apartments with mountain views and a cozy atmosphere, very centrally located yet absolutely quiet—just a few steps from the bakery, other shopping options, the Kurhaus, and the ski school!



You’ll find our tastefully and comfortably furnished non-smoking vacation apartments (approx. 55 m²) for 2 people in a central, quiet, and sunny
location, in the heart of Fischen.

Our house is surrounded by a garden. With a magnificent view of the Oberallgäu mountains, you can unwind in a homey atmosphere and leave your everyday life behind. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the Kurhaus, hiking trails, and shopping in just a few minutes. A parking space is available right next to the house.

On-site fees: For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, we charge a €50 processing fee. This fee does not apply if you rebook directly for a different date. * 90% cancellation fee from 29 to 0 days prior to arrival, as well as in case of no-show. You may designate a replacement guest who will assume your contract under the terms specified. Written notification is sufficient. When booking, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. This way, you can protect yourself against potential cancellations with just a few clicks.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
