Verwahrlostet Grundstück mit Müllsäcken vor der Tür, das ganze auf einem Bahnhofsgelände....ICE rauscht vor dem Haus vorbei.Internet und somit TV ging nicht - mehrere Briefe von Vodafone liegen ungeöffnet im Briefkasten. Dusche undicht, Stufe zur Terrasse nicht gekennzeichnet - mein Schwiegervater ist dort schwer gestürzt. Im Wohnbereich lösen sich Teile vom Bodenbeläge. Rauchmelder in einem Schlafzimmer nicht mehr vorhanden, dort geht auch eine Nachtleuchte nicht. Unser Bwttzeug stank nach Kippe, Bettlaken mit Farbe beschmiert.Für das Geld haben wir etwas Besseres erwartet. Gastgeber redet sich aus allem raus.....sehr unverschämt. Hat eine Rückzahlung von 50 angeboten. Lächerlich. Ich sollte einen Vorschlag machen. Ich möchte 100 zurück, seitdem haben wir nichts mehr von der Familie Hoops gehört. Sind dann vorzeitig abgereist. Ich würde niemanden empfehlen hier zu nächtigen. Schon gar nicht jetzt....wegen der Wärme. Das Haus hat nur schmale Fenster zum öffnen und keinen anständigen Sonnenschutz.Ich würde mich schämen so etwas für sie viel Geld zu vermieten.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir bedauern, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt ausschließlich negativ wahrgenommen haben. Viele Ihrer Aussagen können wir in dieser Form nicht nachvollziehen. Die Kommunikation mit Ihnen war für uns leider von Anfang an sehr schwierig und total eskalativ. In all den Jahren als Gastgeber haben wir eine derart konfliktreiche Kommunikation nur sehr selten erlebt. Dennoch haben wir versucht, auf Ihre Anliegen einzugehen und Ihnen sogar eine Rückerstattung aus Kulanz gewährt. Unser Ferienhaus wird von unserer Familie mit viel Herzblut geführt und gepflegt. Umso bedauerlicher finden wir, dass unsere Bemühungen und die bereits erfolgte Erstattung in Ihrer Bewertung keinerlei Berücksichtigung finden und ausschließlich die negativen Aspekte hervorgehoben werden. Wir wünschen Ihnen für die Zukunft alles Gute.

Unterkunft ist schön und gemütlich, Ruhe pur, gut zum erholen.Reinigungsfirma lässt zu wünschen übrig:Haare und Staub in den Bettkästen, Laken waren mit Farbe bemalt (vermutlich von Kindern)Staub und Spinnweben in den Räumen,Fingerabdrücke von Vorgänger? an allen Türen und Schränke. Wir haben den Vermieter kontaktiert und er hat sich dafür entschuldigt und fragte ob am nächsten Tag die Reinigung nochmal gemacht werden soll. Die Duschtür lässt sich nicht komplett schließen, unten am Boden ist das Silikon brüchig und dadurch läuft das Wasser aus der Dusche, es sei denn man steht hinten links in der Ecke. Laminat muss erneuert werden weil an manchen Stellen Stolperfallen sind. Aber trotzdem schöner Aufenthalt, Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Urlaub mit Baby und Fellnase

Unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft haben wir sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Für die Zukunft wäre eventuell eine Klimaanlage/Ventilatoren sehr hilfreich, da wir an den heißen Tagen bis zu 35 grad in den Zimmern hatten… Ansonsten war alles in allem sehr schön und erholsam.

Das neue Objekt ist toll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort und Luxus - lediglich die 1,40 Meter breiten Betten sind für 2 große Erwachsene anspruchsvoll - die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge auf die Insel und nach Stralsund - die Gastgeber waren stets sehr aufmerksam - insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft :-)
