The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor and, in addition to the living/kitchen area—which faces southeast and northwest and includes a balcony—and the bedroom, features a separate, enclosed sleeping and, if desired, play area in the loft. The apartment has a total of five beds.

During the cold season, the leafless coastal forest opens up the view of the lively Baltic Sea from both floors.

On the same floor, there is a sauna with a relaxation area. Both the sauna and the washing machine and dryer in the basement operate on a coin-operated basis.

The apartment includes an underground parking space. The large lawn area, located south of the building and away from the street, features a separate barbecue area and is available for shared use. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment.

This holiday rental is located in Rerik in the first row of buildings facing the Baltic Sea, separated from it only by the coastal protection forest.

This attractive, out-of-the-way location offers peace and quiet, plenty of greenery, and a sense of safety for children.

In winter, the dining table offers a direct view through the coastal protection forest to the Baltic Sea. Relaxation is guaranteed.



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 2:00 to 10:00.
