Private: garden 400 m2 (fenced). Arbour, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, sandy beach "Argentario" 50 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Sovana 10 km, Sorano 12 km, Viterbo 60 km, Argentario/Orbetello 50 km, Capalbio 47 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bolsena 30 km. Hiking paths: Parco della Maremma (Talamone) 60 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
4-room house 110 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious, simple and rustic furnishings: upper floor: living/dining room with dining table, TV, heating stove and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm). Kitchen (dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 30.04, Solar power. Balcony, patio, porch. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free).
