CASA MARTA

Casa Marta is a farm in the Tuscan hills, in Maremma, 7 km from the Etruscan center of Pitigliano, just 700 m. from the source of the Nova stream and 18 km from the Terme di Saturnia.
The property, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is entirely fenced and consists of two independent houses: Casa Marta and Casa Rina.
• Each house has its own private access and a large, fully fenced private garden of 400 m2 separated from the other garden. Between the two houses there is a wonderful centuries-old oak tree. Outdoor space with garden furniture, sunbeds and deckchairs for both houses.

Description Casa Marta
• Living room/kitchen equipped with large fridge with freezer, gas cooker with 4 burners, electric oven, microwave oven, Italian and American coffee maker, dishwasher, table and chairs, fireplace, double sofa bed, small bookcase. TV-SAT, WI-FI, air conditioning. Mosquito nets.
• A double bedroom,
• A bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet, shower, hairdryer, window.
The houses are equipped with: TV-SAT, WI-FI, air conditioning, DVD player, mosquito nets, dog paddling pool.
Shared swimming pool: outdoor diameter 5m, height 1.10m.

Nearby there are both the Sorano Spa (just 8 km away) and the famous Saturnia Spa (just 18 km away) with their related Wellness Centres.
Lake Bolsena is 25 km away while the source of the Nova stream is just 700 meters from Casa Marta.
The sea is located about 50 minutes by car from CASA MARTA (Albinia).
The wonderful village of Civita di Bagnoregio (VT) is 50 km away.
Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana are also destinations for tourist excursions.
Monte Amiata is located just 30 minutes from Pitigliano.

Schönes ruhiges Häuschen

Es liegt inmitten von Wein- und Olivenfeldern in absoluter Ruhe. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Haus umgibt ein großer umzäunter Garten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, besonders auch den Swimmingpool im Garten.
