The Apartment was not luxurious but very clean, all essentials werde there, big balcony with a good look to the lake. Contact to the host quick, without problems, very friendly. Quiet surroundings. Would go there again any time.

Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns die Ferienwohnung gut gefallen.Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt. Für zwei Personen mit Hund war die Wohnung ideal.Zwei Angaben in der Beschreibung der Wohnung passen nicht. Es gibt keinen Seeblick von der Dachterrasse. Was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat , da der Weg zum See wirklich nicht weit ist.Falls jemand auf den angegebenen Whirlpool wert legt, dieser war nicht vorhanden.Den Garten, welchen man auf den Fotos, von der Dachterrasse aussieht, gehört zur unteren Wohnung. Der Garten mit Blick auf den Treppenaufgang, gehört zum Mietobjekt.Was noch positiv zu erwähnen ist, die Umgebung ist ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen.

Tolle Lage, schnell am See, aber im Sommer ist es heiß. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles was man braucht, aber sie sollte mal renoviert werden. Aber der Preis ist attraktiv :-).

Premesso che il proprietario Signor Paolo è una persona molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo avuto anche un problema con il vetro del frigorifero e nonostante mi sia offerta di ripagare il danno non ha voluto, quindi davvero gentile, ma l’appartamento ahimè non supera le aspettative. Oltre ad essere molto caldo, un vero e proprio forno, la pulizia lascia a desiderare, lo stato dell’insieme è vecchio e malandato e si capisce che nessun lavoro di ristrutturazione viene eseguito. Il bagno soprattutto un vero disastro! Peccato perché il posto ci è molto piaciuto ma non torneremo in quell’appartamento. Inoltre in zona si trova di molto meglio a prezzo più vantaggioso. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno purtroppo

Gentile Pamela, mi dispiace molto che le Sue aspettative non siano state soddisfatte, devo fare, però, delle precisazioni a quanto affermato nel Suo commento: l'appartmento non ha caratteristiche tali che lo rendano più caldo rispetto ad altri simili, anzi avendo una doppia esposizione è abbastanza ventilato; la pulizia viene seguita settimanalmente con cura e con prodotti idonei; la manutenzione è continua, infatti, come ha potuto constatare tutto è perfettamente funzionante ed in ordine; il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente vantaggioso rispetto alla maggior parte degli immobili in zona, considerando la posizione, lo spazio ed i servizi offerti, cosa che avrà verificato nel prenotarlo, poichè immagino che nessuno ami prenotare gli appartamenti più scadenti e cari del mercato. Un cordiale saluto

Die Unterkunft ist nur 200m vom Strand entfernt und verfügt wirklich über eine umfangreiche tolle Ausstattung und die Küchenutensilien sind, wie in vielen anderen Unterkünften, nicht abgezählt. Zudem gibt es unzählige Decken, damit man sich auch Pfingsten auf die Hochterasse setzen kann, wenn es etwas kühler ist. Zwei Liegestühle und zwei Liegen, von denen eine allerdings defekt ist und ein großer Sonnenschirm vervollständigen das Exterieur. Einzig haben wir uns für die etwas minderwertige 160er Matratze eine hochwertige Auflage im Jysk in Viterbo besorgt

Gute Seelage, praktische Wohnung

Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist in der Küche alles verfügbar, was man benötigt. Sonnenschirm und Strandliegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr ordentlich. Der See ist fussläufig zu erreichen, zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub am See zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es kein Wi-Fi gibt.

Ho soggiornato 10gg in qsta villetta molto ben curata con tutto l'essenziale, anche per chi come me viaggia con il proprio pelosetto al seguito, visto il giardino abbastanza grande e tutto recintato. Il signor Paolo (proprietario) molto gentile e disponibile. La casa si trova a 2 passi dal lago dove trovi sia strutture attrezzate che spiaggia libera. La posizione strategica a meno di un' ora dai principali paesi della Tuscia Viterbese....10 giorni splendidi

Autunno al lago.

La casetta è ben esposta e in zona tranquilla a due passi dalla riva del lago, con posizione ottima per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse. Gli spazi interni ed esterni rispettano ogni esigenza di vivibilità anche in autunno, infatti l’attrezzatura per il giardino è utilissima e a disposizione. La cucina e la zona giorno sono ideali per rilassarsi e godere di vero riposo. Infatti non vi sono molte distrazioni nei pressi della struttura, per le chiusure stagionali, ma i principali servizi garantiti a due passi in macchina, in borghi davvero caratteristici e pacifici. Il signor Paolo è stato gentilissimo e le procedure di check-in e check out semplici da seguire.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa villetta situata in posizione strategica vicino al lago sia alla spiaggia libera che a quelle attrezzate a bar e ristoranti raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Nah am See, nicht zu weit vom Strand!

Das Quartier hat alles gehalten, was wir uns von ihm versprochen hatten: Ruhig in schöner Umgebung, nur ein paar Schritte bis zum See, einfache aber zweckmäßige Einrichtung (ein Wasserkocher wäre kein Luxus!), unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Paolo. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Einfach ausgestattetes Appartment mit schöner Terasse und toller Lage dicht am See

Freundlicher Vermieter, tolle Lage, zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Strand, schön ruhig, große Terasse, von der man tatsächlich ein kleines Stück See sehen kann. Ausstattung einfach, aber ausreichend.

Gutes Domizil an sehr schönem Ort

Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in Topzustand. Es ist für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub bestens geeignet, Bar und Restaurants und vor allem der See sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und es ist vor allem auch nicht so überfüllt, wie man es bei vergleichbaren Unterkünften oft vorfindet. Zu empfehlen!

Schöne , sehr saubere Unterkunft, praktikabel ausgestattet mit allem Zubehör für einen angenehmen Ferienaufenthalt. Für zwei Personen sehr geräumig, so dass man es sich auch an einem Regentag oder bei großer Hitze, wie es bei uns der Fall war, im Domizil bequem machen kann. Kurzer Weg zum See. Freundlicher und völlig unkomplizierter Vermieter.
