Beautiful apartment in Olpenitz

Situated in the middle of the Baltic Sea, on a narrow spit of land between the Baltic Sea on one side and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz on the other, this extraordinary holiday property is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by lift.



Situated above everything, it offers a spectacular sea view through floor-to-ceiling window fronts. Harbour cinema guaranteed. And while the south-west-facing terrace promises wonderful hours of sunshine, the sauna, wood-burning stove and underfloor heating offer cosy comfort at any time of year. Romance is also guaranteed, as the Baltic Sea resort promises breathtaking sunsets.



The open-plan living and dining area with its cosy seating area and large dining table invites you to linger in front of the crackling open fire. The panoramic waterfront offers holiday entertainment in the form of a harbour cinema with ships sailing past.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals.



The fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower provides maritime wellness moments, as the sauna with a view of the water is the perfect place to relax.

A guest WC provides additional comfort.



There is a private parking space in front of the house and a storage area for bicycles in the house.



Our favourite spot: Enjoy the sun on the terrace and watch the harbour cinema with a drink in your hand.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Einer der besten Wohnungen die wir seit langer Zeit hatten. Traum Blick !!! Auch vom Badezimmer aus! Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung! Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig! Alles ist liebevoll durchdacht, von der Gardrobe bis zum Ablegeplatz für Schlüssel! Auch an schmutzfußmatten ist gedacht. Die Betten sind super und die Matratzen toll, etwas härter aber für uns perfekt. Mit dem Fahrstuhl geht es in die erste Etage! Sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist in einer massiven Bauweise gebaut so das man die anderen Nachbarn nicht hört. Wir würden immer wieder kommen

Tolle Wohnung, toller Ausblick, tolle Auszeit

Die Wohnung war wirklich top mit einem herrlichen Ausblick! 100% „Perfect Place“ (so hieß unser Apartment) Das Resort an sich ist für uns jedoch (noch) keinen weiteren Besuch im Sommer wert, da zu wenig Grün bei zu viele Baustellen vorhanden ist! Negativ Punkt ist der Check Out und die Rückerstattung der Kaution (erst nach 2 Wochen wieder zurück). Für unsere Auszeit im Februar aber genau das richtige!

Moin Moin lieber Gast, herzlichen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt und das tolle Feedback zur Unterkunft! Wie Sie schon erwähnen und im Inserat ebenfalls ausgewiesen ist, wird das Ostseeresort Olpenitz derzeit weiter ausgebaut. So entsteht in der Zukunft weitere Gastronomie und es werden Parkanlagen im Resort entstehen. Die Kaution wird immer innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach Abreise zurück überwiesen. So kann es auch sein, wie im Übrigen in Ihrem Fall auch, dass die Kaution schon einige Tage vorher zurück überwiesen wird.
