The beach villa HAVLYST is a modern west-facing beach villa and impresses with its immediate proximity to the white sandy beach of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. The direct access to the beach is at the rear of the house, which means that the view from this accommodation unit is in the opposite direction.



The living/dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light. The floor-to-ceiling window front provides a view of the adjoining south-facing terrace. Here you can spend cosy barbecue evenings or romantic candlelight dinners. The maritime ambience is created by passing sailing ships in the hustle and bustle of the harbour entrance, seagulls flying around and the characteristic Baltic Sea breeze. The three sun terraces guarantee an exciting harbour cinema and can be watched during meals together at the dining table or from the cosy seating area.

The modern furnishings exude cosiness and the well-equipped kitchenette will delight every heart. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired; preparing a meal here and then enjoying it either at the dining table or on the terrace is fun.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a small balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. You will also find a spacious bathroom here. This offers you the best conditions for a relaxing holiday experience with a sauna and corner whirlpool.

On the second floor, you will be welcomed by the relaxation area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large roof terrace. The cosy armchairs can be converted into two additional sleeping areas if required. And if the weather is not quite so favourable, the wood-burning stove with its crackling fire conjures up a cosy atmosphere. For a soothing spa programme, there is also a large in-house Finnish sauna with a view of the harbour. The adjoining shower provides the necessary cooling.



The guest WC on the ground floor and the car parking space right next to the house offer additional comfort.



Our favourite spot: put your feet up on the roof terrace in front of the studio with a book in your hand and enjoy the sunset with a view of the harbour, beach and Baltic Sea...



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
