The pleasant little house is located in a well-kept residential area, right next to a tranquil park. Here you can take a deep breath and relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The most important facilities for daily needs (discount store, drugstore, medical center, hardware store, cinema, restaurants, ...) are within walking distance, the main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The Rastatt-Nord motorway exit is about 5 minutes away.
It is about 5 minutes to the Rastatt-Nord motorway exit, 20-25 minutes to Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden Airport ("Baden-Airpark") and just under 20 minutes to the Karlsruhe Trade Fair.
The nearest charging station for electric cars is approx. 500 meters away (near Penny am Tulla).
