Detached comfortable stone house with wonderful views 10 min from the sea

You’ll be staying in the heart of the Mediterranean countryside on a mountainside, where you can let your gaze wander endlessly from the numerous outdoor terraces. The house has been recently renovated and is located on the hillside along the main road into Mani; with the windows open, you can hear traffic at certain times, while at other times it’s completely quiet—or you might hear the jackals in the valley, though they’re very shy and pose no danger. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, though it does not have a dishwasher. It is entirely solar-powered and also includes a hot-water system, a water tank, and a glass-fronted wood-burning stove for heating. This beautiful stone house offers approximately 80 square metres of living space (living room, bedroom, and bathroom with shower, excluding the attic room), as well as various terraces with barbecue and dining areas, and two outdoor showers. The village of Prosilion is about 1 km away and within sight, but it has no shops or cafes; however, it retains a very authentic character. Kardamyli is about a 10-minute drive away and offers restaurants, supermarkets, and numerous swimming spots, as do the other coastal towns along the route towards Kalamata. The house is currently ideal for a couple who love the unspoiled charm and seclusion of the area while still appreciating modern comforts. Upon request, I’m also happy to make the tower room available, allowing the house to accommodate up to 4 people (including a comfortable sleeper sofa).
