Kelly's Villa in Stoupa

Kelly's Villa in Stoupa is a wonderful two floors house with excellent view in a peaceful area near Stoupa and Neochori. The house is ideal for families and large (up to 8 people) groups. It is fully equipped, it has a beautiful pool, parking area, barbecue area. The house is on the hill facing towards the sea and Stoupa. The house is complete with amenities and is ideally placed on the hill side with excellent view to the sea. Although the house has a pool, with the car one reaches the near beaches in a few minutes. All necessary services (doctors, post, restaurants, super markets etc) are offered close to the house. The area is quiet and very well suited for long walks. The nearest village, Niohori, is only 200m away. Guests arrive to Kalamata and then rent a car or come through public transport to Stoupa. One can then drive up to the house. We hand our quests the keys and help them settle in the house. (Places to visit) One can visit Stoupa and the beaches of Stoupa and of Kalogria. In Kardamyli's old town there is a castle to visit. Kardamyli is a touristiv resort too. Other touristic attractions not far away are Areopoli, Gytheio, Paralymnio in Messinia, near Pilos, and Diros Caves.

Beautiful location!

We had a wonderful time in Stoupa: the house is located on the hill close to Stoupa and has a wonderful view on the sea and Stoupa. Great full size pool with > 2 m depth and a beautiful patio. Well equipped with everything you need. Very friendly owner - thank you so much for your help when we locked our key inside, Christos!!! We can definitely recommend for relaxed holidays!

Beautiful views, great pool

The views are beautiful and the area was great for a beach holiday. Lots of good and reasonably priced restaurants in short driving/long walking distance. The beaches were gorgeous and not full (whether that was because it was September or due to corona I don’t know) The house itself has mosquito screens and a washing machine which I didn’t find in the description but are a definite plus! The pool was great for us as it was deep enough for the kids to dive (2.5m) but the shallow end is 1.3m which might be tricky for smaller kids. All in all a fabulous time in great place, thanks Christos

Lovely villa, great view from upstairs

Very much enjoyed the pool, lovely house, enjoyed the views from the upstairs balcony. unfortunately road was busy and therefore abit noisy, but on the whole a nice stay in a pleasant house.

Schöner Urlaub in einem netten Haus mit einem super Pool und genialer Dachterrasse

Unproblematischer Checking, viel Raum für uns 4 Erwachene und 2 Kids. Die Badezimmer sind überraschend klein und teilweise duschuntauglich! Der Pool und die super Terrassen insbesondere auf dem Dach mit dem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung machen kleine Mängel leicht weg. Leider sind nur 2 Schlafräume mit Klimaanlagen ausgerüstet, das ist bei über 33 grad manchmal unglücklich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen superschönen Urlaub mit netten auch einsamen Stränden in der Nähe.
