Hanging on a hillside and overlooking Stoupa village, it offers a unique, panoramic view of the sea, the Messinian Gulf, the Mount Taygetos and the whole Messinian coastline. Constructed in the same plot with villas SOFIA, ISMINI, NEFELI (Listing No. 1176547) these exceptionally designed properties offer magnificent sunsets. Our guests can enjoy a different piece of art every evening! Stone, Wood, Trees, Bushes and Flowers of the area create a surrounding of perfect harmony in which to relax in full privacy. Great place with amazing view

Great house, high standard, amazing view, clean and comfortable. A car is a must to access local stores, beach etc. Beach and atmosphere is great. Most recommended

Une maison et un service de rêve

Arrivés dans la nuit, Iota est tout de même venue nous chercher avec le sourire, découverte de la maison, piscine allumée, très bonnes prestations, un calme absolu et déjà l'odeur de la méditerranée. Le lendemain, réveil de rêve, comme le seront tous les autres, cette vue sur la baie de Stoupa! Tout est au top dans la maison, la terrasse extrêmement bien conçue où il fait toujours bien plus frais, avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. Sofia la gérante toujours dispo, un micro souci d'internet, elle fait passer le technicien immédiatement quelques heures plus tard. Les dames de ménages vous apportent des abricots super bons quand elles passent, tout est toujours propre, comme la piscine. Pour le reste nous étions bien en Grèce, sourires, gentillesse, respect, éducation, savoir vivre. Nous reviendrons pour sûr. Cette location est, de loin, la meilleure que nous ayons pu faire, et mon mari est pointilleux, c'est dire!

The villa is in an excellent location in the hills behind Stoupa with a stunning view over the coast with magnificent sunsets. The villa is of very good quality and well equipped. The swimming pool is very well maintained and provided fun and cooling down for all.

Fabulous villa and views

Lovely villa and pool in a quiet area - not totally private but not hoards of people going past. Great views. Bit too far out to walk back up from town but easy enough to walk down and get a taxi back. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Merveilleuse maison

Villa phaedra bénéficie d’une fantastique vue. La maison se compose en 2 unités. 2 chambres 2 sdb cuisine-salon au 1er étage et à l'étage Inférieur une chambre avec sdb et kitchenette. Elle est en réalité plus belle que sur les photos. La maison est très propre. Seul petit inconvénient : nous ne sommes pas avertis lorsque le ménage va être fait , du coup, comme les personnes sont arrivées à 8h30 le matin, nous avons refusé car les enfants dormaient. Jacinthe, la personne qui s’occupe de la maison est adorable. Bref si nous revenons dans le Magne, c’est ici que nous reviendrons.

The property was delightful and very well appointed. Superb location with lovely views

On arriving at the property we were met by Jacintha who was very helpful. The property was immaculate, very clean and tidy, and cleaners also popped in during the week. The property was just outside Stoupa but only a five minute drive to the town and it was easy to park at the church. Being on the hill the house had superb views from the pool over the sea. The pool was very well maintained and perfect for cooling off in the very hot weather we experienced. The sun beds were comfortable and the whole of the pool area was well designed to enjoy sun and shade. The house was well air conditioned and kitchen well equipped. It was spacious and comfortable throughout the house and in good decorative order. We would definitely book again.

The perfect villa for amazing stay!!!

A fantastic villa that you want to buy and stay forever with an excellent pool in the most beautiful location overlooking Messinian bay. The view was amazing and the sunset breathtaking. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a supermarket close by that sold everything we needed for our lunches by the pool. The pool area has comfortable sitting in the shade. A place to totally relax, with many fishing villages just a short journey away. All in all, we wish we could have stayed all summer! The villa is great, nicely designed, very high standard furniture, etc and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner who happened to be in the area at the time we stayed was very kind and was suppling us with figs almost every day. To summarize, we were extremely delighted with the stay and we would certainly return back next year for another month.

Villa with Awesome Views

I have stayed in Zerveas villas before, this time we stayed in VILLA IRIS. This 3 bed Villa has a lovely pool & gardens and has the most amazing views. There are 2 double rooms and a twin room, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is ample parking at the Villa - it is nice and spacious and decorated to high standards. You would need a car as it is a 10 minute drive down to the Coast. I highly recommend the Villa if you want somewhere that is nice and quiet., without being too remote. We hope to return again.....& would love to stay in Iris again.
