Beach front home in Olpenitz with sauna
54 degrees north and the name says it all. This charming holiday home impresses with its immediate proximity to the popular Weidefeld sandy beach and an unobstructed view of the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, harbour cinema guaranteed. Furnished in a maritime style and equipped to a high standard, family-friendly and open-plan, this holiday home offers complete holiday comfort.
The open-plan living area on the ground floor is the centre of the house. The direct sea view can be enjoyed here both when dining together and from the living room during a cosy evening by the fireplace.
From here, you can access the terrace adjoining the living area, which invites you to linger by the water. The private garden around the house offers space for playing and sunbathing. Another south-facing terrace offers sun all day long.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. While the master bedroom scores with a fantastic view of the harbour and Baltic Sea, the second bedroom has two single beds and an additional flatscreen TV. An additional sleeping space for a child is available in a comfortable drawer bed in the second bedroom.
The holiday home 54 Grad Nord offers the luxury of two bathrooms, one on each living level. The sauna (infrared cabin) and whirlpool bathtub with a view of the water on the first floor promise pure wellness. A shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort.
The holiday home is particularly child-friendly: everything from board games to crockery is provided. While children will love the facilities, parents can enjoy the comfort.
Two car parking spaces and a bicycle shed are available in front of the house.
The holiday home 54 Grad Nord is one half of the house.
Our favourite place: the master bedroom, because it's particularly pleasant to dream in front of the water and picturesque reeds.
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
