Stunning apartment in Olpenitz

Located directly on the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this light-flooded holiday apartment scores points thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows with a breathtaking view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony. The view is of the Schleimünde lighthouse and the idyllic landscape conservation area around it. The harbour promenade is located directly below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll. Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flat-screen TV in the living room. Parquet flooring and underfloor heating ensure a cosy atmosphere all year round.



The balcony has a garden table and chairs. Here you can enjoy holiday meals together, the harbour cinema and wonderful sunsets.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



The shower room has a large walk-in shower.

The cosy bedroom is equipped with a box-spring double bed for a restful night's sleep. The bedroom has an additional flatscreen TV.



A private car parking space is available behind the house.



This is a holiday apartment on the third floor.



Our favourite spot: enjoy the breathtaking view as far as the lighthouse with a sundowner on the terrace and put your feet up. Holiday!



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Perfekt wäre alles wenn die Lage vom Balkon zur Nachmittagsonne gewesen wäre.Leider war der Fahrstuhl schon mehrere Wochen defekt .Diese Mitteilung haben wir von anderen Gästen und beim einchecken erfahren müssen.Wir sind in einem Alter von 73 und 75 Jahren und hatten extra diese Wohnung im 3.OG mit F a h r s t u h l gebucht , damit wir nicht die vielen Treppenstufen laufen müssen . Einfach schade, das uns kein Hinweis bekannt daraufhin gegeben wurde .

Aufenthalt in ORO Olpenitz

Es handelt sich um ein am Tisch geplante Ferienhaussiedlung, Die Häuser sind Neu, leider auch mit Konstruktionsfehler behaftet. Der Fahrstuhl fällt aus bei Regen und ist dann für mehrer Tage nicht funktionsfähig. Prima - 3ter Stock und die Koffer und eingekauftes darf hoch und runter getragen werden. Man ist auch nictht in der Lage die "Promenade" ordentlich zu halten. Überall Unkraut und die sie wird gerne und oft als Hundetoilette genutzt. Die Anlieferung bei Edeka erfolgt um 5.00Uhr Morgens, nichts ungewöhnliches, aber die Brötchen bekommt man erst ab 8.00 Uhr. Alles in allem sieht die Wohnung gut aus, an den Baulärm ab 8.00 Uhr, kann man sich gewöhnen . Aber kein Charme und der Service lässt sehr zu Wünschen Für uns nicht wieder.

Moin Ariane, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, welches wir sehr ernst nehmen. Gern möchten wir Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu einigen Punkten geben. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass der Aufzug in den Tagen Ihres Aufenthaltes, ausgefallen ist. Dies ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich und wir sind Ihnen für diesen Umstand preislich entgegen gekommen. Die Pflege der Grün- und Außenanlagen liegt leider nicht in unserem Verantwortungsbereich. Allerdings freuen auch wir uns, wenn alle Gäste aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen und darauf achten, dass kein Müll im Resort verteilt wird. Die Anlieferung des Edeka lässt sich tatsächlich nicht vermeiden und kann verständlicherweise zeitlich nicht anders geplant werden. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie unseren Brötchenbringer-Service gebucht haben und mit der Lieferung zufrieden waren. Dass die Auslieferung der Brötchen bis 8:00 erfolgt, hängt damit zusammen, dass unsere Brötchen von der Bäckerei Ebson in Süderbrarup von unseren Mitarbeitern abgeholt werden und dann bei uns intern in die Verteilung gehen. Wir beziehen also nicht die Brötchen von der Edeka-Bäckerei. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, sollten Sie doch ein weiteres mal Ihren Urlaub im Ostseeresort Olpenitz buchen. Es gibt viele interessante Unterkünfte, die eventuell besser auf Ihre Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind. Kontaktieren Sie uns einfach, wir beraten Sie dann gern. Also was soll ich sagen, es passt einfach alles. Lage, Ausstattung, Aktivitäten, Edeka.... Wer da noch mäkelt, ist selbst schuld. Wir sind Radfahrer und das passt dort perfekt. Die Seenixe ist super für einen perfekten Urlaub ( Wetter muss natürlich passen ) sehr sauber, super Ausstattung und der Blick direkt auf den Jachthafen & Schleimündung. Traumhaft. Wir werden wiederkommen!!
