Cozy vacation apartment (120m2) with 2 bedrooms

Our holiday rental, with 120 square metres of living space, accommodates 1–5 people and is located on the ground floor of our house. The cosy living/dining room, featuring a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and reading nook, is a perfect place to relax. The adjoining dining room seats up to 6 people, and you’re welcome to make use of our selection of board games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a pod and filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, bread slicer, stove, electric kettle, and egg cooker. You’ll also find a basic supply of sugar, flour, eggs, butter, milk, onions, garlic, coffee pods, and fresh fruit. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a walk-in closet with a desk. The other has a single bed with an additional pull-out mattress underneath. Both rooms feature closets with hangers and a place to sit, as well as nightlights and an alarm clock. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a corner bathtub, and a sink with a mirror cabinet. A hair dryer, towels, and toiletries—such as bath salts, shampoo, and shower gel—are available for free use. In the stairwell, you’ll find a shoe rack, slippers, and shoe-polishing supplies. Parking is available free of charge. Our holiday rental is located in the green town centre on a dead-end street, so it’s very quiet here—the perfect place to relax. A playground is just a 2-minute walk away. The outdoor swimming pool is also just a 15-minute walk away. Our market town of Zapfendorf is only a 2-minute drive away. There, you can find various stores to buy your daily necessities. Via the highway, you can quickly reach Bamberg, Coburg, or Lichtenfels. Whether you’re into hiking, rock climbing, or simply enjoying the beer gardens, you’ll find plenty of options here. Our garden is perfect for barbecues or just relaxing. For your children, we have a trampoline, a sandpit, and plenty of toy vehicles to explore our spacious grounds. Parking is available free of charge on our property. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over on-site. Pets are allowed for a fee of 4 euros per day per pet. Please note that we have two cats in the house. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.
