Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area with excellent access to the city centre and just a short walk from the train station and shops for daily necessities.<br><br>The apartment has two bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed and a smart TV, and a second bedroom with a bed for two people. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two more people. <br><br>Enjoy relaxing evenings on the large glassed-in balcony, pass the time playing board games, or watch TV on the Smart TVs.<br>Wi-Fi is available and free of charge.<br><br>The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils.<br><br>The building has an lift, and free parking is plentiful in the surrounding area.
