Separate bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed for 2 people. New bathroom with shower and WC.



Our house is situated in an absolutely quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Grassau with wonderful mountain views. The surrounding area invites you to go hiking, mountain tours, Nordic walking, jogging, cycling and mountain biking directly from the house. The nearby local mountains Hochplatte, Hochgern, Hochlerch and Hochfelln offer a variety of wonderful mountain and hiking tours with and without lift assistance. Unique hiking trails lead through the nearby Kendlmühlfilze. The Chiemsee and the surrounding lakes invite you to swim in summer. In winter, the cross-country ski trail leads right past the house. In about 8 minutes on foot you are in the center of Grassau with good shopping facilities. In about 20 minutes on foot you are at the local Reifinger bathing lake. Bed linen and towels are included in the total price. WLAN free of charge. Fire extinguisher available in the house.



Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

A baby crib and a high chair are available on request.

Bicycles can be stored in the garage, where you will also find sockets with overvoltage protection for charging e-bikes.
