Our "Seezimmer" holiday rental can accommodate up to 2 adults (a travel cot could be added as an extra bed).
The holiday rental features a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove, a kettle, a drip coffee maker, and cooking and dining utensils. (pots, pans, place settings, etc.)
The balcony has a seating area with a table; smoking is permitted there.
The entryway has a closet and a clothes hanger (e.g., for drying jackets or keeping clothes from wrinkling). The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
The room features a new smart TV purchased in 2023; in addition to Wi-Fi, the room also has an Ethernet connection. 
In the bathroom, you’ll find two pump dispensers with shower gel and shampoo.

The price includes, among other things, towels, bed linens, and toilet paper.
If needed, we can provide a travel cot, a safety gate, and a high chair for the duration of your stay; please simply mention this when booking or contact us by email or phone.

You’re welcome to have milk from our organic cows—for example, for your morning coffee. Just let us know.

We also offer a bread roll delivery service, which operates Monday through Saturday (except on holidays)

Dear guests, we strive to ensure you have a pleasant stay in our holiday rentals. Our holiday apartments, along with the entire building, were completely rebuilt and furnished in 2016.

Enjoy the proximity to Lake Wolfgang and the Blinklingmoos Nature Reserve.
Go cycling, hiking, or take a drive to explore the surrounding area—for example, Abarena, the 12erHorn cable car, St. Wolfgang, the Katrin Mountain Railway in Bad Ischl, the Schafbergbahn, boat tours on Lake Wolfgang, the summer toboggan run, the Postalm, and much more.
Some of the destinations mentioned above are also within easy walking distance.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
