3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed and TV. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Shower/WC. Gas heating (extra). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm), 1 double bed. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Bed layout is flexible. Location is paradise

Volterra is a jewel in the Italian countryside. Hosts are very kind. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wer einen ruhigen, entspannenden Urlaub in der Toskana verbringen möchte und sich für dieses wunderschöne Haus entscheidet, macht alles richtig. Obwohl sehr ruhig und abgeschieden gelegen, ist man doch in fünf Autominuten in der schönen Altstadt von Volterra. Dort kann ein lebhaftes Stadtleben genossen werden. Gegenüber der Kirche haben wir eine richtig schöne Enoteca antdeckt. Dort serviert man fantastische Weine und Sekte mit leckerer Wurst und Käse. Toll!

Rust en ruimte

Heerlijk vakantiehuis. Ligt wat afgelegen. Geweldig mooi uitzicht. Sfeervol ingericht, voldoende ruimte voor 2, eenvoudig servies en keukengerei (net voldoende), alle ramen voorzien van sluitende horren, dat is echt nodig tegen de soms in grote getale aanwezige muggen buiten (water blijft in rioolputten staan), ontzettend aardige verhuurders die alleen Italiaans spreken. Volterra is heerlijk stadje (bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, winkels), wel auto nodig om er te komen vanuit vakantiehuis.

Tolle Lage aber spärliche Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft ist durch Randlage sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick in die Toskana. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet auf dem Grundstück viel Platz. Leider ist es innen recht beengt und äußerst spärlich ausgestattet. Es fehlt in ausreichenden Mengen an Gläsern, Tassen, Töpfen etc. Die beschriebene Kaffeemaschine war faktisch nicht vorhanden, Gas musste zusätzlich vor Ort bezahlt werden, obwohl es bei der Buchung inklusive war. Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch.

Perfektes Haus für einen Toskanaurlaub

Also wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen (und das Vermieterpaar ist zudem sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend!). Das Haus liegt optimal: In Gehentfernung zur Stadt Volterra, trotzdem Alleinlage mitten im Grünen. Man sieht und hört keinerlei Nachbarn oder sonstigen Lärm! Zudem erreicht man fast alle Orte in der Toskana schnell und einfach. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, top gepflegt, superschön eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Traumhafte Lage in wunderbarer Umgebung

Die Lage war nicht zu überbieten, da es sehr ruhig war, aber auch nah an der Stadt und der Blick in die wunderschöne Landschaft einfach toll ist. Es bieten sich auch viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Ausstattung allerdings ist nicht gut dort, es fehlt an grundlegenden Dingen wie großen Gläsern u.s.w. Trotzdem würden wir dort sehr gerne wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.

Très belle demeure, belle rest...

Très belle demeure, belle restauration respectant l'architecture toscane, qualité des prestations intérieures. Cadre extérieur exceptionnel, espace, très calme et reposant tout en étant à deux pas de Volterra.Au niveau équipement manque toutefois unfer à repasser (utile lorsqu'on séjourne assez longtemps) et également du WIFI pour éviter de dépenser une fortune en internet. Conseils de voyage: La Toscane est merveilleuse et inépuisable. Son authenticité est son caractère premier. Villes, villages, musées, églises, gastronomie, climat et gentillesse des toscans sont ses symboles. Volterra est une très belle ville chargée d'histoire et bénéficie de l'avantage d'être un point central d'où partir à la découverte d'autres trésors.

Idyllisches Häuschen in der romantischen Toskana

Das kleine Haus ist traumhaft gelegen mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick ins Tal und haben die Ruhe genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es bietet sich wunderbar für Ausflüge an - Volterra, San Gimignano und Cecina sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sprechen nur Italienisch, geben sich aber unglaublich viel Mühe und dank Übersetzungs-App auf dem Handy sind auch Sprachbarrieren leicht zu überwinden. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder!
