Ferienwohnung Princip
Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Pool und Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Schönes Feriendomizil
Wir waren das 3. Mal in der Unterkunft. In der Zwischenzeit wurde die Küche erneuert und eine neue Terrassen-Sitzgarnitur mit Sonnenschirm angeschafft. Die Ausstattung in der Küche dürfte etwas umfangreicher sein. Außerdem wurde der Pool während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt und das Wasser war während unseres Aufenthaltes noch nicht klar. Dies Aussicht ist fantastisch und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Traumhafter Ausblick
Die Unterkunft ist in einem guten Zustand, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kücheneinrichtung könnte für unseren Geschmack etwas umfangreicher sein. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse über die Bucht von Rabac ist traumhaft zu (fast) jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber sauber.

To mój kolejny pobyt w Princip.Doskonała lokalizacja. Pani O.a i Ś.P. F. to niezwykle otwarci i przyjaźni, a jednocześnie dyskretni ludzie. Czysto. Pomimo sąsiadujących apartamentów miałem poczucie intymności. Polecam.

Das Umfeld ist sehr mangelhaft
Die Wohnung war entsprechend der Beschreibung, aber: - Wir haben sie schmutzig mit Spinnweben übernommen - Es war kein Sonnenschirm zu bekommen, trotz vorhandenem Schirmständer - Der Boden vom Kinderzimmer war mit Ameisen übersät - Direkt unterhalb unserer Terrasse war eine Sickergrube, deren Geruch teilweise stark dominierte - Der Pool wurde nicht von Blätter und Unrat gereinigt - Die Außenanlage / das Umfeld wurde vollkommen vernachlässigt und war mit Unrat übersät - usw....

Ameisen in dieser Gegend üblich. Wir freuen uns Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass
sich nun definitiv kein unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung befindet. An
regnerischen Tagen ist der von Ihnen erwähnte Geruch eventuell spürbar.
Der Außenbereich wurde in Ordnung gebracht. Das gesamte Anwesen wurde
renoviert und auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Wir danken herzlich für
das Feedback.
