Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Leopoldshagen, Kirche" 700 m, sandy beach "Mönkebude" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Insel Usedom 40 km, Hansestadt Greifswald 60 km.
3-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2024, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, tiled stove. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace 10 m2, garden, lawn 400 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm. There is a new kitchen since April 2024.
