For shared use: property 900 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn. Narrow motor access. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Samtens, Bahnhof" 7 km, grass beach 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
"Kaiser", 2-room semi-detached house 54 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 3 adults + 1 child. Practical furnishings: entrance hall. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) living room with satellite TV, radio and CD-player. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Electric heating. Carpet. Terrace 12 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Unterkunft. Freundliche Vermieterin. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Auf den Fotos gezeigte überdachte Terrasse gehört nicht zum Ferienhaus, keine alleinige Nutzung. Baby/Kleinkindausstattung vorhanden. Garz selbst bietet nicht viel, man muss immer fahren. Dafür nicht touristisch überlaufen. Supermarkt und Bäcker fußläufig.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Der überdachte Sitzplatz draußen war sehr gemütlich und man hatte wirklich seine Ruhe. Ein schöner Garten mit vielen Details, die v.a. für unsere Tochter sehr interessant anzuschauen waren.

Sehr ordentliche und saubere Unterkunft, was zu beachten wäre oder schön gewesen wäre, wenn die Heizung angestellt worden wäre (war sehr kalt und naß), sonst sehr zufrieden gewesen. Reisetipps: Überwiegend nur alles mit dem Auto zu erreichen, keine Restaurants am Ort, fehlende Infrastruktur, für Familien mit Kindern gute Möglichkeiten vorhanden (Stralsund Meeresmuseum, Ozeanium, U-Boot, Haus-Dom).Kleinere Spaßbäder Sellin (Jasmund), Rasender Roland;Touristenmeilen Binz, Baabe, Göhren, Stralsund, Sassnitz)Sehr guter Badestrand: ProraKdf-Museum + NVA Prora Rugard Erlebnisdorf, Karl's ErdbeerhofGastronomie in Ferienzeit überfüllt und sehr wenig Angebote (außerhalb der Ballungsgebiete).
